Levi & Korsinsky filed a class action lawsuit against Capricor Therapeutics (CAPR) on July 17, 2025, on behalf of shareholders who purchased stock between October 9, 2024, and July 10, 2025. The plaintiffs allege the company made false statements about its lead drug candidate, deramiocel, artificially inflating its stock price during the class period.

Capricor, a clinical-stage biotech firm, focuses on cell and exosome-based therapies for muscular diseases. The lawsuit centers on claims regarding its Biologics License Application (BLA) for deramiocel, a treatment for Duchenne muscular dystrophy-related cardiomyopathy. Investors seeking compensation for losses may join the legal action.
